Scripture:
Psalm 22:3 (KJV)
“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”
Reflection:
When we praise, we create a sanctuary—not of stone or ritual, but of presence. Psalm 22 begins with lament and deep sorrow, yet even there, David acknowledges: God dwells within our praise.
Worship is more than words; it’s a declaration that God is welcome here. Even in suffering, praise invites divine nearness.
The beauty of this truth is that we don’t need to feel strong or spiritual to host God—just honest and surrendered. When we lift our voice, even in weakness, heaven leans in.God doesn’t require perfect pitch or perfect hearts—just praise offered in faith. In joy and in pain, praise builds the bridge where God walks toward us.
Closing Prayer:
God who inhabits my hallelujahs,
Let my praise be a dwelling place for You. Teach me to lift Your name when my heart is heavy and when it’s full. Be near as I declare Your goodness, and let my worship invite Your presence into every corner of my life—today, tomorrow, and forevermore.
Amen.
