We Can Overcome Anxiety

All of us have overcome many things in our lives. We can take for granted or forget about the little and big things we’ve overcome, like learning to crawl, taking our first steps, falling and getting back up each time. There are thousands of things that we didn’t know how to do, but we learned how to do them. Consider that in your life you’ve been able to overcome whatever came your way. Each day we overcome the problems of the day. The things that you are now anxious about may or may not happen, but if they do, remember that you have always been able to overcome problems and you will again. You may need help, you may need prayer, but know that the Lord loves you wants to give you hope, comfort and help. You’re still standing. Step into tomorrow with confidence. Peace be with you.

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” (Matthew 6:25,26,31,34)

Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will hear you.” (Jeremiah 29:11-12)

Yes, we can overcome many things including Anxiety but we have to pray. when we overcame different many things , like learning to crawl, taking our first steps, falling and getting back up each time, we had a desire. A desire is a prayer and God answers it.
