Our expression of gratitude

Thanksgiving is our expression of gratitude towards our Creator God, and our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Why?

Because, in the first place, God is our provider of life. As well, He has provided blessings through family, friends, and as well talents to sustain us in our daily lives.

Then and most importantly, He has also provided eternal life through the sacrifice on the cross of His only Son, Jesus Christ, so we could be forgiven and welcomed into His Kingdom forever, if we believe and follow Christ as Savior and Lord.

Therefore, let’s wholeheartedly thank and praise Him, as

Psalm 100:1-5 says …

“Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that the Lord, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.”

A BLESSED THANKSGIVING IN CHRIST JESUS TO ALL!

What André Gourd started out as a daily message to his sons in 2019, has grown into daily messages to all who wish to receive them. While he didn’t have a clue he was to share these messages with the world, the Lord put on his heart in 2020 to do so. The purpose of his daily messages is to remind those of us who know Christ as Savior and Lord, that He is present in this world and in our lives. André desires to keep each one “Short and To The Point,” so you will take time to read them. They are NOT related to opinion. They simply “Point to Scripture.” He leaves us with a one sentence “Challenge thought” to help us live out our commitment to focus on Christ and live by His word.
