Thought of the Day: Encouragement

“So when they were sent off, they went down to Antioch, and having gathered the congregation together, they delivered the letter. And when they had read it, they rejoiced because of its encouragement.” (Acts 15:30-31)

My wife is good about writing letters of care and encouragement to others. We all can in our own way encourage others in letters, phone calls, emails, texts and if possible personal visits. We can all be used by God to share His and our love with people, to bless, pray, give hope, comfort and be a help to those we come in contact with. We can laugh together and help to bring a smile to their face.
